About Me

Hi, I'm Kristle and I'm a newly trained Birth & Postpartum Doula. I completed my doula training through Do Care Doula Foundation in 2025. I will serve families in New Castle County, DE and also Elkton , MD. My journey into birth work started when I recently assisted my own daughter during her delivery of my beautiful granddaughter. She experienced some trauma from the staff that caused her unnecessary stress. However things could’ve been worse if I had not been there to advocate for her. Afterwards she encouraged me to pursue and become a certified Doula! !I had three natural births and each time it was such a beautiful experience. I want to be able to help other parents achieve and relish in one of the most beautiful blessings they will ever be a part of. I provide emotional , encouraging, and evidence-based support to help families feel empowered, respected, and confident during this transformative time. I am passionate about assisting during each phase even postpartum.I would love to connect and see if we're a good fit to navigate your journey together."
